Richard Mould

​Richard founded SoCode in 2016 and brings a wealth of board level experience to us within the recruitment sector.

After 16 years of recruitment, specialising in the field of technology recruitment within Cambridge int he United Kingdom, Richard has an extensive network of highly valued Client and Candidate relationships built on the foundations of mutual trust, honesty and delivery.

Overseeing our development and taking SoCode to our position of market leader within the United Kingdom as well as expanding SoCode's service offering to the United States is without doubt his proudest career achievement to date.  His passion for quality and delivery led recruitment for our candidates and clients remains his key focus.

Richard has won 12 awards for his contribution to recruitment within the technology space.

Outside of work, Richard is a very proud father to his daughter Emily and wife Patrycja – who keep him very busy!
