Tom Allen

​Tom began his journey at SoCode in December 2019 building out SoCode's Python, Data, AI and Crypto team before moving over to help head up our USA team.

Currently Tom recruits for several of our customers on the East Coast. With a keen interest in alternative finance and decentralisation, we work with many companies leading this movement.

Tom grew up within Cambridge in the United Kingdom and after gallivanting all around the world for a number of years, Tom returned to Cambridge and started his career in technology recruitment. He found his passion for IT recruitment.
